Request an Inspection
The board or property manager contacts Blue Hour Lighting to arrange the lighting-level inspection.
Lighting-Level Inspection
A dedicated professional walks the common areas, measuring light levels and documenting conditions.
Lighting Plan & Estimate
Next comes a lighting plan showing fixture types, locations, aiming direction, and lighting zones, along with a written estimate.
Review & Approval
Scope is approved and the agreement is signed. Fixtures are ordered and an installation date is scheduled.
Installation & Final Adjustment
Fixtures are installed according to the approved plan, and each one is adjusted on site, with angles and beam direction set to control glare and keep light spill down.

On each lighting project, Blue Hour Lighting’s in-house team carries out the assessment, the plan, and the installation. The company is a Gold Level Kichler LightPro contractor, a CAST Lighting certified installer, and a Unique Lighting Systems installer. Owner Jarod Halstead is a Certified Outdoor Lighting Designer with the Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals. Blue Hour Lighting provides commercial outdoor lighting for businesses, HOAs, and managed properties across Westchester County and the surrounding counties in New York, plus Greenwich and portions of Connecticut.
After the one-year workmanship warranty, commercial properties can arrange a maintenance contract with up to four visits a year.
