The Initial Consultation
During a free on-site consultation, a dedicated professional walks the grounds with the homeowner and notes which areas are used after dark and which features should stand out.
Your Lighting Plan
Drawn over a detailed diagram of the home, the lighting plan shows each fixture location, aiming direction, cable path, and lighting zone, with a written estimate. Architectural-grade plans are available for projects that call for them.
Your Review & Approval
Once the scope is approved and the agreement is signed, fixtures are ordered and an installation date is scheduled.
Professional Installation
Cable goes into narrow trenches, generally about six inches deep, with routes planned around irrigation lines, planting beds, and major roots. Lawn is lifted and relaid with care, and each transformer is mounted near an exterior outlet, above expected snow depth.
Final Fixture Adjustment
Each fixture is positioned and fine-tuned during the installation to keep glare and light spill down, and the system is balanced before the project is complete.
