Homes & Their Grounds
A home project may include landscape lighting, outdoor audio, or both. Lighting can bring out the front yard and backyard, a patio or deck, a pool, garden beds, and the trees across the property. Together, lighting and sound can make those spaces comfortable for entertaining guests well after sunset.
Commercial Properties & HOAs
For HOAs, apartment buildings, office parks, and municipal grounds, the work begins with a paid lighting-level inspection and assessment. It evaluates safety and security conditions and helps protect residents and guard against liability exposure.

Your Inquiry Reaches the Office
Each request is reviewed by a member of the team, who follows up by phone, email, or text to schedule the property visit.
The Visit to Your Property
A dedicated professional walks the property with you to learn how the outdoor spaces are used at night and which walkways, stairs, and entrances need light. The consultation is free for homeowners.
The Plan You Review Before Deciding
After the visit, Blue Hour Lighting prepares a written estimate and a lighting plan showing where each fixture goes and how it is aimed. Once the plan and estimate are approved and the agreement is signed, fixtures are ordered and an installation date is set.
